How to make Sponge cake
I was very curious about how to make a sponge cake because I saw so many posts on the topic. Since I am in quarantine mode I finally make a sponge cake. It was very easy and delicious, so stop wondering how to make sponge cake and try it.
Ingredients
1. Cake Mix ( 500 gm )
2.Eggs – 3 numbers medium sized
3.Cooking oil – 50 to 75 ml
4.Water – 315 ml
5.Choclate chips as required
Cake mix includes sugar but you can add as desired ,you can add flavours as well if required .
Method :
1. First pre heat the oven for 10 mins at 180 C
2. Beat the eggs in a mixer or bowl .I used mixer as it is easier to blend ingredients . Using hand blender some times get messy so mixer is preferred.
3. Once the foam appears in blender , mix all other ingredients
4. Blend it again to obtain uniform mixture
5.Pour the mix in cake mould , use oil to coat the mould before pouring to avoid sticking of cake on the mould.
6.Bake the cake for 40 to 45 mins at 180 C and enjoy !!

I tried to make it as simple as possible so that it doesnt get burned.Instead of chocolate chips you can use fruits or gems .If you have any other mould you can follow the same steps .You can cut it into layers and fill it with cream .For toppings you can use whip cream or cocoa .Also do not forget to tag me on instagram.
