As the name suggests Google Analytics is a product of Google which analyzes your website traffic. It is a free and easy way to study your audience’s behavior. I am putting this as the first point because sometimes your website traffics isn’t recorded and google doesn’t show your site on top. You can install your Google Analytics code now.

2. Webmaster Tool

Webmaster tool is basically designed for submitting your website. Once you launch your website it is important to register your website on the search engines. Google, Bing, Yandex, Baidu, etc are some of the search engines where you can submit your website. This is a very important step because users will not search your website directly. For instance, people will look for a digital marketing course on Google and if am following the SEO planner my website will show first. Any random user in his/ her dream will never put my website mubinsmanual.com directly, unless he/she wants to revisit my site.

Undoubtedly it is very important to protect your property. What belongs to you, belongs to you only. Our website needs protection too. I get 100 to 200 spam comments daily from unknown people who just want to submit their URL. Submitting URL is detected as spam and it is not the right way to get traffic. If you are looking for genuine traffic follow these easy steps for increasing organic traffic. I personally use Akismet Anti-Spam and Wordfence Security plugins.

5.WP Content Copy Protection

It should be noted that each day new websites are being registered. Some beginners usually copy-paste content from other websites. I really don’t like it, as I complete my post within a week, and it takes a few minutes to copy it. Hence, I have disabled right click on my site. All my hyperlinks will open in a new window by default. I am currently using WP Content Copy Protection & No Right Click plugin.

6. Backup and Restore Plugin

Backup and Restore plugin is obviously required to save your hard work. This particular plugin will not only help you to backup and restore your data ,but also it will help you to migrate from one host to another. Sometimes the latest updates of various plugins is not suitable for your WordPress version, so back up and restore plugin helps you to restore your last settings. I personally use UpdraftPlus – Backup/Restore for backing up my website. Before making any changes to your files or trying new plugins I recommend you to create a back up of your site.

7.Website Page Speed

Undoubtedly, all search engine loves to show the results withing blink of your eye. So the search engines will not show any slow or lazy website as it is against there reputation. Hence, in order to maintain your site checking page speed is very important. Don’t worry, by following the easy steps mentioned in my previous article you can increase your page speed manually.

8.Update Plugins Regularly

I do not want my plugins to auto-update, because I prefer to check the details before updating. Also, it helps and motivates you to log in and update your blog. We cannot leave everything on artificial intelligence. Once you install a security plugin you will receive an email from Wordfence Plugin, if any plugin or theme is due for an update.

9. Check emails regularly

Most of the notifications and updates are sent via email. If there are any changes in policies, as a website owner we are notified over email. Let’s say you have opted for a month trial of any Pro plugin and provided your credit card details. Once the one month trial is over, the Pro plugin will charge you for the next month even if you didn’t like the Pro plugin. So to avoid such clashes I personally recommend checking your emails regularly. Another important thing you can do is add emails to your contacts so that it doesn’t go into the spam folder.

10. Check Crawling Status

Sometimes while optimizing your website, some tags or codes get deleted or suppressed. This mostly happens when you try to speed up your site using various plugins. So deleting code leads you to crawl error which means search engine doesn’t recognize your website and skips it. Undoubtedly, google analytics is the best tool to show such errors. You can also check if your website visits are being counted or not. It is very important to check crawling status because your website ranking will improve over time if search engines can crawl easily.

We all have those days when blogging is boring . When we have zero energy and drive. When we feel drained or sick or tired or all of the above. However we know that keeping your blog updated is one of the most important factors of having a successful blog. So, how do we stay productive even when the idea of blogging seems boring?

Here are some helpful tips:

Write like you talk

One of the things I love about blogging is that it is such a natural form of writing. Unlike my high school and college classes there is no one grading your writing and counting off for missed commas, run on sentences or telling you to have one inch margins. In a blog you can really write the way you speak, which some writers seem to forget. If you blog has become one long infomercial or you feel like a robot in training, spice it up a bit. Add some dialogue. Tell a funny story. Be a human being. By writing more naturally you can show readers that there is a person behind all those words. That you have a life and dreams and goals just like they do. By writing naturally you can also enjoy your writing a lot more and relax a little. If you are really struggling then do what I have to sometimes. Read the blog to know more about the vitality of accounting data entry services in the accounting world. Record yourself saying whatever it is you want to write and then listen to it and type it up. Voila. Easy. After all, everyone can talk!

Have fun with it

Blogging is all about passion. If you have lost your then find it again! Make your blog fun again by coming up with something different to write about. Maybe you are passionate about another topic right now. It is okay for your blog to get off-topic once in a while. Even the best blogs have an ‘uncategorized’ section. If you talk about cars then write a post about supermodels that started off on car ads or car designs that never worked or go even further out and talk about space travel and how cars influenced it and vice versa. The idea is to find something that is marginally related to your blog topic but that can be fun for you to write and readers to read. Talk to someone

Look, let’s be honest here. I like to talk. Wow, no shocker. However when I write I forget that about myself. I forget what it is like to communicate with someone one on one rather than the masses as a whole. Then someone will come into my office and wake me up, so to speak. My best writing is usually done after a gabfest with friends or family where I express my frustration at blogging. We get to talking about my blog topic and then I am off again, filled with the same passion as before. But I also get their insight into the topics. What they know and do not know. What they are interested in reading about. Let’s say I am having a bad day and can’t seem to get anything written. Instead of writing the whole day off as a failure I find an image, video, info graphic or whatever to post that day. A sentence or two to explain how it fits with my blog or what I am going through is all it takes to have a post on my blog in no time flat. If you are a creative or artistic person you could even make your own video or info graphic.

Also do not forget to Maintain your website regularly.

Most laptops nowadays have a built-in webcam and microphone, so making a YouTube video is a breeze. If you have a designer’s mindset you can even tinker around with making an infographic or a cool image to post to your blog. It makes a welcome change from writing some of the time! One can learn about the importance of multimedia and Search Engine Marketing.

Get inspired

Like I said earlier I get inspired by talking to my friends and family. However there are many other places to find inspiration. Check out the competition for one. Blogs in your same niche often have good ideas that you can use, providing you put your own spin on things. Read the news and see if something new has happened or check out social media for great new ideas. Whatever people are talking about a lot is a sure hit on your blog if you post it quickly. Some things can even lead you to entirely new areas to cover on your blog, and Pinterest is a great source for images that are compelling and interesting to readers.

Do something different

Along with online inspiration you can find a lot of inspiration offline as well. Do something different in your real life to inspire your writing. Go see a theater production, visit an ethnic restaurant, and hang out in a different part of town. Check out a museum or art gallery. New experiences means new ideas which mean more to write on. Even if you just go for a walk somewhere new the chances are you will run into something you have never seen or experienced before, and it might be something that you can include in your blog. Your brain needs more fuel than just food and sleep. It knees new things to keep it alive and active and up to the task of writing day in and day out.

Do an exchange

Okay, so maybe you feel like writing, just not on your blog’s topic. You do not want to post random stuff on your blog however. What can you do? Why not write an exchange? Guest posting, as it is also called, is a great way to write something new for another person’s blog. In exchange, they would also write something for your blog. If you are both on topic then everyone wins. It is a fun way to make friends in the blogging world and show other bloggers you appreciate all the work they have put into their blogs. You also get to exchange links, which helps to increase your blog’s ranks on search engines like Google. Altogether, an exchange is a great idea for bored bloggers.

These are just a few ways that you can make the most of your blog, even when you find it boring. Do not give in or give up. It is rightly said that the first impression is the last impression. Page speed is one of the important factors in judging performance. Users not only judge the individual content of the web page but also the design and speed of the web page. This is a performance evaluation which is made not just by the user visiting your website, but by search engines as well. In this post, you will learn not only how to increase your website page speed but also to optimize your site. Also, you can check about Click Through rate to engage your audience.

You can increase instant traffic by Search Engine Marketing. But for the long run I recommend you follow proper Search Engine Optimization technique.

Even for me it’s a big turn down when I open any lagging website or a website flooded with a lot of ads. I expect any website to be open within a few seconds and I skip the lagging sites which increases the bounce rate of that particular site. Google server records this behavior and my page rank is determined accordingly. Hence I decided to write about how to increase website page speed.

Google crawlers takes into account the improved SEO site while ranking sites known. Therefore, if you want you website to appear higher in specific keyword search results, you’ll need to follow SEO planner and avoid these mistakes.

Now that you understand what website speed is and why it’s important, it’s time to do something about yours. Below, you will learn how to improve your website’s performance to make your sure that your users and Google servers are happy to see your site.

How can I check my website speed ?

I personally use two tool for checking my page speed. There could be many tools but I follow the guidelines and suggestions from Google Page Speed Insight and GTmetrix. Below are the three errors which I faced after checking my website speed.

Reduce server response times (TTFB)

Eliminate render-blocking resources

Avoid landing page redirects

Serve scaled images

I will show you how to avoid this errors step by step . I hope you followed proper guidelines to start a blog.

How to reduce server response times (TTFB )

P.S I am not a coder but I can surely solve your problems like I solved mine. I suggest you to use responsive themes by ThemeIsle WordPress. As mentioned earlier about the mistakes that I made was using the wrong theme. I am currently using Neve Theme which is fast , responsive ,mobile friendly , and suitable with number of plugins available for WordPress. How to eliminate Render blocking resources

The best way to eliminate these issues is by installing a plugin called Autoptimize. It is one of the best plugins I installed so far. It helps me to aggregate, minify and cache scripts and styles and injects CSS in the page head by default. And also inline critical CSS and defer the aggregated full CSS, move and defers scripts to the footer, and minifies HTML.

How to avoid landing page redirects

Landing page redirects is basically multiple urls to your home page. Server tries to connect to the home page by scrolling all the available urls. Below are the urls for my site and i redirected all to one url only.

You can click any of the URLs and it will land you on the same page. In order to fix this you need to add www. on your URLs using WordPress dashboard. Go to dashboard > General Setting > WordPress address URL.

How to serve scaled image

Well again there are a number of plugins available to reduce the size of your images. It can cost you with new JS script or another CSS errors. And sometimes your image doesn’t load due to the option of lazy load. So the best thing to do is compress your image manually. I personally use a file optimizer for compressing my images. It is the best practise to avoid multiple CSS codes in your website. All above images are optimized by using file optimizer.

Apart from size you need to resize your image as per the suggestion. You dont need any special software for resizing,you can simply do it in paint on your laptop or computer.

As you can see above, GTmetrix is describing the problem which you need to solve to improve your page speed. So instead of relying on plugins try to resize your images manually.

Finally after struggling for a few days in order to improve my website page speed, I can conclude that the above steps are found to be very useful to me. My website speed improved well after following the above steps. Your website might be having other errors, but in case of the above errors you can surely count on me.
